I am Against Marijuana
The three main reasons that I am against the use of marijuana are:
- Marijuana kills brain cells; long term use can drop an IQ by 8 points.
- Many people believe that marijuana is not an addicting drug, however in 2011 the Office of National Drug Control found 4.2 million Americans met the diagnostic criteria for abuse or dependence.
- The amount of Americans addicted to marijuana is higher than the amount of cocaine, pain relievers, tranquilizers, hallucinogens and heroin combined.
